2005 Chablis AOC, Burgundy, France

Apples, melon and citrus fruit on the nose, light mineral and vegetal notes, hint of mussel shells. Tranquil fruit on the palate, slightly creamy, light acid bite, delicate oak, vegetal and mineral notes, quite well balanced, good finish.
