Translate to English Leicht hefiger und ein wenig an Suppenfond erinnernder Duft mit deutlich vegetabilen und kräuterigen Aromen, kühlen gelb- und grünfruchtigen Noten, etwas Holunderblüte und mineralischen Nuancen. Reife, saftige, leicht schmelzige Frucht mit vegetabilen und kräuterigen Aromen, etwas hefig, zart nussig und floral, vor allem wieder an Holunderblüte erinnernd, feine Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, recht fester Bau, noch jung, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, salzige Noten, noch ganz leicht gedeckt, sehr guter Abgang mit Salz und Griff.
