Clear, cool, very polished fragrance with fine vegetable aromas, delicately melon yellow fruit aromas, floral traces and certain minerality. Clean, elegantly juicy, slightly creamy fruit with delicate herbaceous vegetal notes and some yeasty spice, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, floral traces, fairly prominent mineral notes, very light warmth, a hint of mushrooms, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2021+. What our ratings mean
