2016 Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Boschi di Berri, Piedmont, Italy

Tart nose, light dried vegetal and earthy notes, predominantly dark berries and cherries with nutty traces. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, noticeable acid bite, spicy aromas, more nutty notes, fine sandy tannins, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, good substance, still young tart style, touch of juniper, good to very good firm finish. Give it some time to mature.
