2005 Salina IGT (Hauner), Sicily, Italy

Firm nose, mature with dried citrus fruit and apples, vegetal notes, spicy oak. Mature again on the palate, elegant fruit, light vegetal notes, spicy oak, very elegant acidity, dried fruit an a hint of caramel, light tannic touch, spicy on an attarctive finish.
