2016 Ventoux AOC Vieilles Vignes "Orca", Rhône, France

Rather tart aroma of mixed berries with dried vegetal and floral nuances, a little tobacco, cherries, pepper and mushrooms. Clear, polished, straightforward fruit, nutty and vegetal notes, a little tobacco and earthy on the palate, a hint of cocoa, very fine tannin, good persistence, mineral hints, a little laurel and juniper, tart style, very good, firm finish with salty-mineral tones
