Editor note: Tart, fairly cool nose, vegetal and light yeasty notes, chalky mineral notes, and restrained, light yellow fruit aromas. Tart, restrained fruit again on the palate, lively acidity, vegetal and delicate floral notes, light tannic grip, yeasty as well as earthy and chalky notes, persistent, delicately sweetish and creamy, also has some acid bite, reined-in power, herbaceous traces, mineral notes on a very good, fairly firm, juicy finish.
Best to drink: 2021-2026+
