2002 Maury AOC Vintage Privilege, Roussillon, France

Intense aromas of cherry preserves and blackberries, delicately spicy, chocolate, mineral and floral touches. Absolutely clean, concentrated fruit, sweet and incredibly juicy, very fine, classy tannins, very powerful and quite mellow, at the same time perfectly balanced, not a trace of high alcohol burn or heaviness, already lovely to drink, great persistence on the palate, very long, fruity finish with a hint of chocolate.
