2006 Côtes du Roussillon-Villages AOC Notre Terre, FC, Roussillon, France

Cherries and black berries on the nose, light vegetal and earthy notes, some smoked meat, light smoky notes. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, prominent alcohol, straightfoward fruit, sweetish, spicy oak, fairly mature tannins, hint of chocolate, fairly persistent, sweetish and creamy, jammy fruit and some oak on a good finish.
