Tart, slightly dried-vegetal to herbaceous and slightly meaty-animal scent of black and a little red berries with juniper notes and earthy tones. Firmly knitted, clear, tart, juicy fruit, slightly nutty and smoky notes of wood, fleshy tones, pepper, Provence herbs and again a little juniper, fine, youthful tannins, sustainable, lots of strength and noticeable alcohol, but also cooling elements, a hint of cocoa , still young, very good, slightly salty finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2020 bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
