Translate to English Speckig-fleischiger, etwas erdiger und an Wurzelgemüse erinnernder Duft nach schwarzen Beeren und ein wenig Kirschen mit zwiebeligen Nuancen, Provencekräutern, Pfeffer und erdigen Noten. Reife, saftige, recht geschliffene und jugendliche Frucht, lebendige Säure und noch recht präsentes, dabei feines Tannin, Kandis am Gaumen, nachhaltig, etwas deckende holzige Aromen, Kakaonoten im Hintergrund, viel Rauchspeck, merklicher Alkohol, guter, etwas erdiger, wieder etwas gedeckter Abgang mit reifer Frucht und kakaowürzigem Holz.
