2017 Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC Rosé, Gianni Masciarelli, Abruzzi, Italy

Very lightly muted, delicately nutty, vegetal to herbal and hinted floral core and stone fruit scents with red berry nuances and a hint of mint. Straightforward, somewhat citrusy fruit with and waxy traces, lively acidity, slightly fine, still slightly astringent tannins, spicy notes in the background, attractive finish with a slight bitterness.
