2014 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Nero, Alto Adige, Italy

Tart nose, predominantly red berries, some pomegranate and withered foliage, nutty and dried-floral notes. Tart fruit on the palate, nutty, tobacco and delicate peppery notes, a little bit of cocoa and coffee on the palate, mushrooms in the background, fine sandy, mature tannins, good persistence, light mineral notes, very slightly muted, salty traces, good to very good, tart notes finish.
