Herb-saftige Frucht mit vegetabilen und hefigen Noten, zart nussig, etwas grasig-kräuterig, recht lebendige Säure, ein wenig gedeckt am Gaumen, viel Alkohol, ein Hauch Lakritz, etwas Salz, ordentlicher bis guter, nur wieder alkoholstarker Abgang.
