Klare, saftige, geschliffene Frucht, sehr feine Perlage und zarter Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr frisch und ungemein animierend, moderater, feiner Gerbstoff, kräuterige und florale Nuancen, ganz leicht würzig, frisch-saftiger, süßer Abgang mit Biss. Ein vergnügen.
