Translate to English Leicht entwickelte, speckige und deutlich holzwürzige Nase nach eingemachten schwarzen Beeren, etwas Kirschen und Wacholder mit ein wenig getrocknetem Paprika im Hintergrund sowie erdigen und fleischigen Anklängen. Reife, wieder teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht, speckige und fleischige Aromen, leicht bitterliches, etwas nussiges und zart rußiges Holz, feinsandiges, ein wenig trocknendes Tannin, Kraft und gute Nachhaltigkeit, relativ viel Wacholder, spürbarer Alkohol, leicht rustikale Art, guter, warmer, kompottig-saftiger und schokoladiger Abgang.
