2013 Barolo DOCG Trèsüri®, Piedmont, Italy

Elegant, slightly ethereal, slightly herbaceous and spicy on the nose, ripe red berries and pomegranate with tobacco and some dried flowers, quite pronounced mineral notes. Ripe, juicy fruit with cocoa-flavored wood, anise, pepper and dried floral aromas, earthy, tobacco and slightly salty on the palate, a hint of tar, good substance and persistence, fine tannins present, soy notes in the background, a little dark caramel and cocoa not deep for ever, some strength, very good finish.
