Translate to English Lebendiger Duft nach eingemachtem Steinobst mit mineralischen Tönen sowie Noten von Kräutern und Cassis. Im Mund kräuterig und saftig, süße Frucht, leichte Honigtöne und dezent Südfrüchte am Gaumen, die Säure ist nch nicht ganz eingebunden, aber passend, mineralisch im Hintergrund, zartherbe Gerbstoffnote, altholzige Anklänge, guter Abgang. Braucht Zeit.
