Winery Wines Files 11

2009 Maximin Grünhaus Herrenberg Riesling Eiswein, Mosel, Germany

Taut, deep, absolutely pure aroma of partly preserved, partly candied stone fruit with citrus nuances, herbal and mineral tones as well as clear frost notes. Concentrated, brilliant, immensely juicy fruit with high sweetness and crisp, present, yet highly refined acidity, very dense and persistent on the palate, somewhat herbaceous and mineral in the background, deep and perfectly balanced, beguiling, with incredible draw, very long, juicy, ravishing finish
