Klar, kühl und feinsaftig im Mund, mit hefigen Tönen, erdiger Mineralik und animierender kräuteriger Würze, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, recht fester Bau, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
