Slightly yeasty nose, dried vegetal and delicate nutty notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, tranquil yellow fruit. Ripe, juicy, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, salty mineral notes, good substance and persistence, still largely undeveloped, some depth, firm structure, firm grip, very good sweetish, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
