Tart nose, light yeasty and herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes, light yellow fruit aromas, floral and light nutty notes. Sweetish, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and light floral aromas, touch of vanilla oak, elegant acidity, good persistence, touch of sugar candy, mineral notes in the background, lemony traces, good to very good sweetish finish.
