Reife, entwickelte, eingemacht wirkende, süßliche Frucht, Kandisnoten und an Paprika erinnernde Würze am Gaumen, ätherische Anklänge, feinsandiges, leicht sprödes Tannin, gute Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, speckig und rauchig im Hintergrund, erdige Töne, guter bis sehr guter, alkoholwarmer Abgang mit Kandis, Paprika und etwas Lakritz.
