Fairly cool, firm, vegetal nose, preserved pomaceous fruit, peppery and herbaceous notes. Harmonious and quite soft on the palate, has some body, delicate peppery and vegetal notes, polished, persistent fruit, preserved must apple, some green tomatoes, earthy notes, dried, tart herbs, integrated acidity, piquant bitter touch on a good finish.
