Translate to English Kühle, noch eher verschlossene, betont pflanzliche Nase mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Noten, nussigen Spuren und herber Mineralik. Zurückhaltende, herbe Frucht mit pflanzlichen und floralen Tönen, feine, recht präsente Säure, ein wenig gedeckt am Gaumen, holzig wirkende Töne, angedeutet gelbe Würze, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Schmelz, merklicher Gerbstoff, der sich mit Luft besser einbindet, guter, herber und leicht gedeckter, ein wenig holziger und gewürziger Abgang.
