2013 P.G.I. Ilia Avgoustiatis-Mourvèdre Antares, Peloponnese / Πελοπóννησος, Greece

Slightly withered floral scent of partly preserved red berries and cherries with a hint of citrus zest, a hint of herbs and moderate wood. Quite juicy, very slightly jammy fruit, some acid bite, fine dusty, youthful tannins, nutty and vanilla notes, a hint of milk chocolate, good persistence, noticeable alcohol, not particularly deep, but also young, very good finish with refreshing bite.
