2013 Barolo DOCG Cannubi, Piedmont, Italy

Translate to English Herber, getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis tabakiger, auch etwas nussiger und ein wenig vegetabiler Duft nach mehr roten als schwarzen Beeren mit welk-floralen, petroligen, gewürzigen und auch mineralischen Noten. Fest gewirkte, herbe rote und auch schwarze Frucht mit nussigen und teerigen Noten, Kräuter und getrocknete Blüten am Gaumen, gewisser Säurebiss, präsentes, griffiges, noch leicht trocknendes Tannin, etwas Kakao im Hintergrund auch salzige Anklänge, wieder ein wenig Petrol, angedeutet zedrig, ein wenig Kaffee, guter bis sehr guter, straffer Abgang.
