Translate to English Nussiger, etwas erdiger und leicht getrocknet-vegetabiler bis tabakiger Duft nach teils eingemachten und angetrockneten, überwiegend dunklen Beeren mit Suppenkräuternoten, erdig-mineralischen Tönen, etwas Jod, Granatapfel und einem Hauch Speck. Klare, geschliffene, relativ herbe Frucht mit tabakigen, teerigen und jodigen Tönen, leicht aschig am Gaumen, an Unterholz und Waldpilze erinnernde Noten, etwas Petersilie, gute Nachhaltigkeit, straffer Bau, im Hintergrund Salz, hat Biss und Griff, ein wenig bitterlich-nussige Aromen, Kakao und Kaffeesatz, gewinnt mit Luft noch deutlich an Saft und Schliff, sehr guter Abgang.
