Süßlich-säuerlich im Mund, pflanzliche und deutlich hefige Noten, etwas mürber Apfel, relativ feines Mousseux, leicht cremig, wieder mandelig-nussige Töne und dazu ein Hauch Vanille, zitronige Töne, wird mit Luft noch etwas feiner und frischer, guter Abgang.
