2002 Extra Brut "Monte Cicogna", V.S.Q., Italy

Fairly mature nose, candied nuts, partly dried and caramelized pomaceous fruit, spicy vegetal notes, yeasty notes. Tart spicy fruit on the palate, vegetal, yeasty and nutty aromas, medium-fine, lively mousse, harmonious and fairly persistent, light tannic touch, has some depth, very harmonious, good to very good finish.
