2003 Brut "Monte Cicogna", V.S.Q., Italy

Deep gold colour. Mature, slightly yeasty nose, partly dried pomaceous fruit, some caramel and sugar candy, spicy vegetal notes, hint of dried flowers. Fairly sweet fruit on the palate, mature and creamy, some dried and candied pomaceous fruit, hint of banana and vanilla, delicate oxidative traces, fine, moderate mousse, good persistence, candied nuts, delicate oxidative notes and sweetish juicy notes on the finish.
