Rather calm, somewhat vegetal and light-floral pome fruit scent with earthy to mineral notes and delicately nutty tones. Ripe, somewhat melting, tart fruit with yellow-spicy and vegetal notes, certain persistence and power, still slightly muted on the palate, earthy notes, very delicately oily, also quite nutty, some depth, slightly bitter in the very good, juicy, spicy and a little warm finish
