Rather restrained, somewhat nutty, dried-floral and a hint of buttery scent of crumbly pome fruit and some yellow melons with fine vegetal and earthy mineral notes. Ripe, quite juicy fruit with nutty, yeasty and fresh vegetal aromas, very fine acidity, some yellow spice, hint of lemon butter, creamy and slightly sweet on the palate, persistent, moderate, grippy tannins, a hint of tobacco, very good, again slightly sweet - melty finish.
