Translate to English Fester, etwas kräuteriger und zart nussiger, auch ein wenig tabakiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Speck und erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Klare, herbe, etwas nussige Frucht mit kräuterig-pflanzlichen und zart floralen Tönen, feine, lebendige Säure, hat Biss und Griff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ganz leicht speckig, gewisse Tiefe, deutliche, salzige Mineralik, helle holzige Spuren, sehr guter, herb-saftiger Abgang mit feiner, etwas kräuteriger Würze.
