Translate to English Zurückhaltender, verhältnismäßig kühler, zart nussiger und pflanzlicher Kernobst-Zitrusduft mit hell-floralen und mineralischen Anklängen. Klare, recht geschliffene, etwas schmelzige Frucht mit nussigen und leicht kräuterigen Tönen, recht lebendige, feine Säure und eine Spur Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, im Hintergrund salzige Mineralik, leichte Alkoholwärme, angedeutet gelbe Würze, sehr guter Abgang mit reifem Saft und hellen, nussigen Holzanklängen.
