The wines keep constant high level and are usually the best in their respective category in the area. Weaknesses, there is little, but can occur in difficult vintages. However, this must be balanced in good years with particularly compelling assortments so that an operation can hold the status. In most cases you can blindly buy.

The estate is located in the municipality of Sarrians in the department Vaucluse in the southern section of the Rhone in the southeast of France. It was founded in 1980 by Max Saurel. Already at this time was dispensed chemical fertilizer. The grapes were delivered to a cooperative. Son Eric and his wife Christine started switching to Biodynamic viticulture in compliance with the guidelines for management, fertilization and pest control ( Bacillus thuringiensis ). After successful completion in 1999, the certification by the associations took place ECOCERT (biological) and BIODYVIN (biodynamic). In 2001 it was started by commissioning a newly built cellar with its own wine production, the first year was 2002. The current name was formed from the first names of the three children MON (Manon) - TI (Justine) - RIUS (Marius). The vineyards cover 57 hectares, which are divided into 38 plots. They are planted with the red varieties Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre and Syrah, and the white varieties Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Bourboulenc. They are consistently with short pruning cultivated, this being done individually per vine.

The grapes are only at optimal physiological maturity harvested. The basement is laid out in three levels, so that the processing process can be carried out as far as possible without mechanical stress (pumping). It basically takes one stemming, The red wines become an alcoholic and malolactic fermentation subjected; the second one starts in the spring. In the case of white wines, the fermentation of the pressed must is carried out without berry skins. This is invariably done in conventional wooden barrels with natural yeasts spontaneous fermentation carried out. Maturing takes place in cement tanks usually over two winters without the use of oak barrels to ensure the fruitiness and taste of the wines. The bottling takes into account the moon phases, All wines mature for six months in the bottle before marketing. The premium wines include " Vacqueyras La Clos "(50% each Grenache Noir, Syrah) and" Gigondas Confidentiel "(80% Grenache Noir, 20% Mourvèdre). The product range also includes Côtes du Rhône, as Vin de pays, Every year around 150,000 bottles of wine are produced, of which 70% are exported. The most important export country is Canada.
