The estate is located in the commune of Sarrians in the department Vaucluse in the southern section of the Rhone in the southeast of France. It was founded by Max Saurel in 1980. At that time chemical fertilizers were already dispensed with. The grapes were delivered to a cooperative. Son Eric and his wife Christine started the changeover to Biodynamic viticulture observing the guidelines for management, fertilization and pest control ( Bacillus thuringiensis ). After successful completion, the associations were certified in 1999 ECOCERT (organic) and BIODYVIN (biodynamic). In 2001 a new cellar with its own wine production was started up, the first year was in 2002. Today's name was formed from the first names of the three children MON (Manon) - TI (Justine) - RIUS (Marius). The vineyards cover 57 hectares, which are divided into 38 plots. They are planted with the red varieties Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre and Syrah, as well as the white varieties Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Bourboulenc. You will be consistently with short pruning cultivated, whereby this takes place individually for each vine.

The grapes only become more optimal physiological maturity harvested. The basement is laid out on three levels so that the processing process can be carried out without mechanical stress (pumps) if possible. It basically takes place stemming, The red wines become alcoholic and malolactic fermentation subjected; the second does not start until spring. With white wines, the pressed must is fermented without berry skins. This is done without exception in conventional wooden barrels with natural yeasts spontaneous fermentation carried out. The maturation in cement tanks usually takes place over two winters without the use of barriques to ensure the fruitiness and the unique taste of the wines. The bottling takes into account the moon phases, All wines are aged in the bottle for six months before being marketed. The premium wines include " Vacqueyras La Clos ”(50% Grenache Noir, Syrah each) and“ Gigondas Confidentiel ”(80% Grenache Noir, 20% Mourvèdre). The product range also includes Cotes du Rhone, such as Vin de pays, Around 150,000 bottles of wine are produced annually, of which 70% are exported. The most important export country is Canada.
