Translate to English Entwickelte, herbe, deutlich kräuterige, auch nussige und erdig-mineralische Nase mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Herbe Frucht auch im Mund, nussige, flechtenartige und erdige bis mineralische Töne, feine Säure, etwas sandiger Gerbstoff, leicht welke Töne, gewisse Wärme, etwas Heu, durchaus noch nachhaltig, aber dennoch schon über seiner besten Zeit, zartes Bitter, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.

Editor note: Translate to English Noch etwas reduktiver, mineralischer, herbwürziger Duft nach angetrocknetem Kernobst, Quitten und Zitrusfrüchten mit hefigen Spuren. Klar, geradlinig und recht würzig im Mund, teils kandierte Frucht, feine Säure, erdige und mineralische Töne, ganz leicht nussig im Hintergrund, hat Griff und gute Nachhaltigkeit, guter bis sehr guter Abgang. Sollte dekantiert werden.
