Kühle, herbe Frucht im Mund, leicht getrocknet pflanzliche Aromen und feine erdige Töne, gewisser Schmelz am Gaumen, leicht würzig, gute Nachhaltigkeit, harmonisch, im Hintergrund mineralisch, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit feinherber Würze und leichtem Gerbstoff.
