Editor note: Translate to English Recht herber, kräuteriger, zart gewürziger und etwas mineralischer Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten und ein wenig Kernobst mit an Kümmel erinnernden Beitönen. Klare, geschliffene, recht fest gewirkte Frucht im Mund, relativ saftig, kräuterige und hefige Aromen, sehr feine, dabei anregende Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, deutliche Mineralik, hat Griff und Biss, noch ziemlich jung, sehr guter Abgang.
