Translate to English Kühler und herber, verschlossen wirkender, etwas pflanzlicher und erdiger Duft nach schwarzen Beeren, etwas Pfeffer und Kirschen mit ein wenig Wacholder, Lorbeer, Provence-Kräutern und erdig-mineralischen Aromen. Klare, straffe, feinsaftige Frucht, reif und doch kühl, feine kräuterige und mineralische Noten, zarter Säurebiss und sehr feines Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, recht fester Bau, zart schmelzig, im Hintergrund mineralisch, hat Schliff, sehr guter Abgang.
