2012 Gigondas AOC Confidentiel, Rhône, France

Translate to English Ziemlich kühl und fest in der hochfeinen Nase, schwarze Beeren, etwas rote Beeren und Kirschen, ein Hauch Lakritz, dazu Provence-Kräuter, florale Nuancen und ein wenig Unterholz sowie feine Gewürznuancen. Geschliffene, ziemlich saftige, wieder fest gewirkte Frucht, deutlich eingelegte Kirschen, sehr feines, jugendliches Tannin, deutlich kräuterige Würze und ein Hauch Schokolade, ein wenig Nougat im Hintergrund, tabakige Anklänge, viel erdige Mineralik, noch kaum entwickelt, kompakt, recht tief, etwas Alkoholwärme, sehr guter, dichter, saftiger Abgang.
