Translate to English Herber, zurückhaltender, etwas erdiger, dabei frischer Duft nach Sauerkirschen und gemischten Beeren mit feinen kräuterigen und zart nussigen Aromen. Recht fest gewirkte, eher kühle, zart säuerliche Frucht, nussige und erdige bis mineralische Töne, sehr feines Tannin, etwas Biss, gute Nachhaltiglkeit, noch wenig entwickelt, ein Hauch Kakao im Hintergrund, salzige Anklänge, sehr guter, herb-saftiger und zart gewürziger Abgang.
