2015 Neusiedlersee DAC Ried Römerstein Zweigelt Reserve trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Clear nose, light spicy oak, cherries and black berries, light dried vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, hint of tobacco. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, some smoky, spicy vanilla oak, chocolate amd tobacco, youthful, generalyl well integrated fine sandy tannins, good substance and persistence, salty mineral notes in the background, some depth, hint of dried herbs, very good smoky, juicy finish.
