2017 Etna DOC Bianco "Tenuta San Michele", Sicily, Italy

Tart, dried-vegetal, somewhat nutty and slightly smoky scent with yellow fruit notes. Ripe, quite juicy fruit on the palate, fairly creamy and elegant acid bite, yellow spicy and smoky notes, slightly vegetal and mineral notes, delicate sweetish creamy notes, yeasty traces, good to very good finish.
