Firm, yeasty and light nutty fragrance with delicate vegetal notes, a hint of yellow fruit and quite clear minerality. Tart in the mouth, again yeasty and clearly nutty, elegant acidity, persistent on the palate, salty, fairly firm, mineral, slightly grippy, certain depth, relatively complex, very good, astringent, yet surprisingly juicy finish with traces. Has class.
