Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, light earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas. Cleqar, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, more prominent vegetal aromas, light yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, good persistence, surprisingly substantial considering the low level of alcohol, chalky and slightly salty mineral notes, moderate, delicately sweetish and creamy, some yellow spice in the background, some depth, shows the character of natural wine to some extent, clear contours, good to very good, fairly juicy finish.
