Dull, very pale yellow. Yeasty and somewhat vegetable, light citrus nose with a little green apple. Taut, rather juicy, tart, again very light fruit, clearly yeasty and also chalky notes, fresh planty tones, a little floral, lively acidity, lasting, lots of bite and a little tannin grip, still rather undeveloped, chalky minerality in the background, very good, tight, juicy finish with plenty of draught

Editor note: Slightly hazy, light yellow colour. Nutty anddelicate smoky notes on the nose, some oak, light yellow fruit aromas, prominent vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, floral notes, touch of exotic fruit, light earthy and mineral notes. Firm, fairly juicy, tart fruit on the palate, light smoky oak, some star aniseed, fresh vegetal aromas, still has prominent yeasty notes, touch of cloves and yellow spice, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide firm grip, good depth, has inner tranquility, elegantly creamy, vegetal notes on a very good, firm, cool, juicy finish.
