Quite a deep nose, partly dried cherries, red and black berries, prominent plummy notes, loads of herbs and spices, hint of varnish. Concentrated and juicy on the palate, very ripe, sweet fruit, prominent chocolate, light ethereal traces, good persistence and has some depth, very fine tannins evenly distributed, some mint and sweetish spices, good concentration, full-bodied, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2018+. What our ratings mean
