2008 Wachau Riesling Federspiel® trocken "vom Stein", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Fine, somewhat developed, dried vegetable to herbaceous, slightly yellow-spicy and also still delicately yeasty aroma of dried banana with further yellow-fruity aromas, hazelnut, wild mushrooms, floral traces, hinted incense sticks and earthy-mineral tones in the background Firm, still slightly yeasty, finely juicy fruit with herbaceous-vegetable notes reminiscent of verbena, distinctly mushroom notes, has grip, good persistence, some salt in the background, chalky nuances, light nutty aromas, wins with air, has traction, but also inner peace, very good finish.
