Translate to English Herber, vegetabiler und leicht rauchig-speckiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden Kernobstnoten, nussigen Anklängen und viel erdiger Mineralik. Relativ saftige Frucht mit viel pflanzlicher und auch pfeffriger Würze, harmonische Säure, zart metallische und deutlich salzige Anklänge am Gaumen, ein wenig Kräuter, floral-parfümierte Nuancen, auch grünes Gemüse, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, zarter Schmelz, tabakige Nuancen im Hintergrund, noch jung, sehr guter Abgang mit Griff, herber Frucht und wieder deutlicher Mineralik.
